Joan Rivers still on life support confirms Melissa in new statement

Joan Rivers is still on life support confirmed Melissa Rivers in a new statement released on Tuesday.

The daughter of the legendary comedienne said:

"On behalf of my mother and our family, we are extremely grateful for all the love and support we’re received. At this time she does remain on life support. I know my mother would be overwhelmed by the continued outpouring of kindness and I want to thank everyone for keeping us in their prayers."

Joan Rivers is at Mount Sinai hospital in stable but critical condition after she stopped breathing during a outpatient throat surgery last Thursday. Doctors lifted her from a medically induced coma over the weekend.

E! canceled the Fashion Police taping this week for NY Fashion Week as doctors weigh in their options regarding Joan's medical condition.
