Kate Upton vows to go after Nude Photo Leak Hackers
Kate Upton, through her lawyer Lawrence Shire, has vowed to go after the hackers who posted leaked nude photos of her over the weekend.
In a statement to TMZ, he said:
"We intend to pursue anyone disseminating or duplicating these illegally obtained images to the fullest extent possible."
He also called the leak an "obviously and outrageous violation" of Upton's privacy.
Kate Upton is one of the high profile celebs that were victimized by a hacker from 4chan who breached Apple's iCloud service over the weekend. This statement just about confirms that the photos are authentic.
Reps for Jennifer Lawrence have also made a similar statement verifying the authenticity of her photos (video). She has also vowed to go after the hackers.
Some celebs have flat-out denied that their photos which were part of the massive leak are real.
Meanwhile Apple is actively investigating the leak and released a statement on Tuesday confirming the breach but also sort of said that it was the fault of Kate Upton and other stars for not having good passwords.
Kate Upton's leaked pictures are readily viewable on imgur as enthusiastic users from reddit have been actively uploading them freely for the last 24 hours since the original leak on 4chan.
