Bryan Singer Named in Yet Another Teen Sexual Abuse Lawsuit

After being accused of sexually assaulting a 15-year-old teen boy and in turn denying those claims, director Bryan Singer has had yet another sexual assault lawsuit thrown at him.

The suit itself has been filed by lawyer Jeff Herman, who is representing original accuser Michael Egan. He also previously represented the men in the Kevin Clash, Elmo sexual abuse scandal that was recently dropped.

Said lawsuit also takes aim at Broadway producer Gary Goddard, who the anonymous accuser said found him on social media when he was 14 and claimed to know people who could get him a gig in Hollywood. Specifically Bryan Singer.
According to the lawsuit, [Goddard] also “convinced” the boy to send him nude photographs of himself, video of him masturbating, and participated in a webcam session where both were nude and Goddard was masturbating. Later, when the boy was 15 or 16, Goddard insisted he strip and they lay on a bed naked and kissed, the suit alleges. On another occasion he allegedly "plied" the teenager with alcohol and “engaged him in anal intercourse."
When the accuser was 17 he says Goddard took him to the London premiere of Singer's Superman and was offered a Quaalude by Singer at an after party before he and Goddard teamed up and "starting grabbing John Doe in a sexual manner."

After asking them to stop, Goddard allegedly left the room only to return with a "large, musclebound man" who hit the boy.

The suit continued:
When Singer removed his boxer shorts ... the teenager said, “I do not want to do that.” According to the complaint, Singer told the teenager to sit on top of him and masturbate, that he wanted the teenager to ejaculate on him. Singer attempted to anally penetrate the teenager. The next morning, according to the complaint, Singer contacted the teenager to apologize.
As with the other claims against him, a lawyer for Singer (Marty Singer) says these new claims are "completely false" and "totally untrue."

"After the substance of Mr. Herman’s previous defamatory and fabricated filing in Hawaii was disproved based on unassailable evidence, Mr. Herman’s desperation has led him to fabricate these new anonymous accusations against Mr. Singer, which we will also prove to be completely false."

Marty Singer concluded, "It is time for the media and public to focus their attention on Mr. Herman’s nefarious motives and tactics, which seem to be driven solely by his need to shake down an innocent man like Bryan Singer. We intend to seek sanctions against Mr. Herman for his reckless, unethical behavior."
