Zooey Deschanel Files for Divorce

Two months after separating from her husband, Zooey Deschanel has filed for divorce. She had been married to Ben Gibbard (of Death Cab for Cutie) for two years.

In court papers filed, Zooey revealed that she earns $95,000 a month as an actor, singer and songwriter.

Does this mean she can make it official with Joseph Gordon-Levitt?
