A freak at home accident has left Zac Efron with a broken jaw that has been wired shut due to the injury. ZEFRON!

The incident happened on Sunday (Nov. 10) when Efron slipped in a puddle of water at the entrance to his Los Angeles home. He supposedly fell, breaking his jaw and putting a gash in his leg which required stitches.

No worries though, he's expected to heal up just fine. Eventually.

Which means no smiling, eating solid food or doing press for his newest comedy That Awkward Moment. Efron's efforts to promote the film have been put on hold while he gets better.
