Rapper Young Jeezy has been apprehended for false imprisonment, battery and terroristic threats against his own son.

According to documents, an altercation between father and son resulted in the boy being thrown through a glass shower door as well as being punched, beaten and strangled while Jeezy yelled at him, "I will kill you."

Other threats included, "I will put a bullet in your head right now" and "If I could get away with it, I would kill you."

To make matters even more terrifying, when Jeezy's son tried to escape, the rapper's bodyguard blocked his exit.

The incident in question happened in September of 2012 and warrants were issued by a grand jury on the three separate charges. Jeezy turned himself in on Friday.

He's already out on $45,000 bond.

In a statement about said charges, Jeezy's lawyers told TMZ, "We have no doubt this matter will resolve itself appropriately. At this moment, Mr. Jenkins is thankful for the support of his fans and the respect for his family's privacy."
