Sonia Perez Llanzon had a DIY boob-bob in Argentina and died of pulmonary embolism reports La Capital.

Llanzon, 39, a marathoner and boxer, injected Vaseline in her breasts. It then entered her bloodstream and she suffered a bloodclot in her lung. At first she did not admit what happened to her breasts which had lesions when she was first admitted to the hospital -- but she eventually confessed that she injected the petroleum jelly in hopes to make her breasts bigger.

Llanzon died in Lucio Molas Hospital, Santa Rosa, La Palma.
