This was probably the right result. Shelley slayed Kingsland Road in the sing-off, but I can't imagine she'd have lasted any longer than one more week had the judges saved her. That said, Sharon's attempt at seducing Louis was both hilarious and cringe-inducing.
Ultimately, I feel like Miss Dynamix would have been in trouble this week no matter what they'd done, had their pregnant member not gone to the hospital. I just think that's a group on borrowed time (and seriously, if they make it to the finale, the girl will be EIGHT MONTHS along). So in that sense, they aren't terribly unlike Kingsland Road. However, I feel Kingsland Road can actually still turn things around. Their sing-off was their best performance, and I think they could really make serious progress if they took a more serious, vocal-focused approach to the act, as opposed to presenting themselves as entertainers first, singers second.
What do you think of these results? Did the right act go home? Sound off in the comments!
