FOX is reportedly asking Cheryl Cole back on the judges panel for the X Factor.

They are now trying to spin this as some sort of mutual deal between Cheryl and the show that didn't quite go as planned.

Are you guys as fed up about this story as I am? Just how much longer will we be talking about the judges of The X Factor? I thought it was about the talent!
