Here is the recap and results video for The X Factor Australia Live Decider 10 on October 13, 2014.
The results are in! Which three acts will advance to the Grand Final? And which act will go home just short of the big finale? It's down to Reigan Derry, Dean Ray, Marlisa Punzalan, and Brothers 3! It's arguably the closest race in the history of The X Faxctor Australia, but one must go! Each mentor has one act left, which means one mentor will be knocked out of the competition by the end of this results show! Who will leave The X Factor Australia 2014 in fourth place?
Yet another act lands in the Bottom 2 for the very first time! But is it Brothers 3 or Marlisa?

THOUGHTS
Ugh, I really should have checked out on this season once the rankings came out and Brothers 3 were on top. They're nice chaps, and they've grown a lot as performers as the competition has rolled on, but it's a lot like the Tate Stevens situation from The X Factor USA. Once those rankings came out, it became clear that it wasn't going to be the season it could be. That it was basically a grim march towards an obvious end result. Again, Brothers 3 seem like good guys, and they do have talent, but there's no convincing me that they were one of the Top 3 acts of this season. But then, if it were purely about who the best was each season, I'm not sure it'd be called The X Factor. This is a show more about that intangible star quality than the talent itself.
The only way Brothers 3 doesn't win this one is if either Dean or Marlisa have ended up gaining fans from the eliminated contestants. I could see Reigan fans backing either Dean or Marlisa, just out of principle, if nothing else. But I'm thinking it's an inevitable march towards victory for the three boys.
