Women's Single Sculls - London 2012 Olympics - Medal Results

Denmark would try to go for double gold on the lake in the Women's Single Sculls at the London 2012 Olympics, but they would have to take out the reigning world champion from the Czech Republic to do it.  See how they did and get all the medal results.

The rower from Denmark made a go of it, but this race was pretty much all Knapkova's.  She pulled out to an early lead and cruised home to victory and the gold medal.  Another impressive performance on the lake.  Denmark would get a silver to go with their gold from the previous race.

Results:

Gold: Miroslava Knapkova - Czech Republic

Silver: Fie Uoby Erichsen - Denmark

Bronze: Kim Crow - Sweden

Congratulations to all the medalists!
