Woman Survives Polar Bear Attack in Russia - Video

A drunk woman survived an attack by a polar bear in Russia as this video shows. I don't really know the circumstances how this came about since I don't understand Russian, but it's really scary!

For one thing: Why is there a polar bear in this area of town? Secondly: Why did she have her pants down? Thirdly: What's up with the videographer in the area?

I think this "stand off" must have been going on for a while for this person to setup his/her video camera at the perfect place.
