Will Arnett Officially Files for Divorce From Amy Poehler

It's official, Will Arnett has filed for divorce from wife Amy Poehler after separating in 2012.

Arnett filed paperwork on April 8 in which he requested "joint legal and physical custody" of their two children together (Archie and Abel) according to People.

He has also requested visitation rights.

This is Poehler's first divorce, but she's already moved onto and is dating comedian Nick Kroll. This is the second divorce for Arnett, who was previously tied to Penelope Ann Miller.

The pair tied the knot in August of 2003 and we're still super upset that the marriage wasn't mean to be.
