Will The Walking Dead really kill off its most popular characters? Well, judging by this brand-new Season 5 trailer, it seems to be a possibility. Then again, trailers basically exist to mislead.

Of course, that doesn't necessarily mean that the show won't kill off some of its main cast. But this show teases major character deaths every season. Hell, the show would have virtually no stakes whatsoever if it wasn't at least possible for important characters to die. This season already seems more tense than most simply for the sheer number of lives in danger right from the get-go. So whose head is on the figurative chopping block?
