The Walking Dead finally returns this Sunday with its midseason premiere! The midseason finale left lots of carnage in its wake, but what comes "After"?

In the Season 4 Episode 9 sneak peek, "After", Carl (Chandler Riggs) comes face-to-face with a pair of walkers, and his method of handling the situation might surprise you. I'm really digging the gradual maturation of Carl, as he's pretty much grown accustomed to the crazy world in which he lives, and has become capable of handling situations on his own. And as an added bonus, Chandler Riggs is actually growing up to look like he could really be the son of Andrew Lincoln and Sarah Wayne Callies, so well-done, casting department!
