Voting Again

Some reflection, before we burn the phone lines in a few minutes.

I think over the past few weeks, I've kinda established that I'm a fan of a couple of Idols. Early on Anthony Fedorov pre-occupied this blog since we were getting a lot of feedback from fans and he's really cute. Then Judd Harris got eliminated and I went nuts. Then Mario Vazquez quit and all hell broke loose, and we offered incredible coverage.

And then over the last couple days I've posted some hurrah Mikalah Gordon posts since it is obvious that this may be the end of her five minutes of fame and we may never get a chance to talk about her ever again. Besides, people are talking about how lousy she is right now, so she is the buzzword of the week. What I didn't anticipate was the amount of negativity that would come my way "just because" I like Mikalah. But give me a break guys, I'm asking her fans to vote for her, and if you don't like her, that's it. Insult her all you want, but don't insult me. I didn't do anything to you. You came here for the MP3s, didn't you? I even take requests for videos on idolforever.com for anyone if I have it. I don't think I've lost objectivity. I'm just having fun.

Anyway, I just wanted that out off my shoulder. I think ultimately what will happen is that we will go back to rooting for Anthony Fedorov exclusively -- since he's the only one I like left -- well, Carrie is pretty -- although a word of warning: my best friend likes Constantine Maroulis, so if he goes far, expect coverage. Hahaha. I think also, I've given credit where credit is due (Bo, Anwar, Nadia), and I would normally post something here when someone has a great performance.
