'The View' Scores Biggest Ratings in Eight Years With Rosie O'Donnell Return

Rosie O'Donnell is back on The View, and she's apparently ratings gold.

The final numbers for Monday's show have come in, and the return of Rosie O'Donnell raked in a whopping 3.9 million viewers. This is the show's biggest ratings in eight years, ever since O'Donnell was first a part of the panel in 2006. In addition, the show posted a three-year high among women in the 18-49 demographic, which is impressive considering the sheer volume of competition on daytime television, particularly when it comes to talk shows. Of course, part of the appeal of the 18th season premiere of The View was its new panel, which features a pair of newcomers: actress Rosie Perez and political analyst Nicolle Wallace.
