Emily James auditioned for So You Think You Can Dance 2014 with a popping-inspired contemporary routine.

I like the creativity with the choreography, but Emily doesn't look like one of the stronger dancers I've seen so far in the competition. Her movement seems so labored.

This is her third time to audition on the show. She auditioned in seasons 8 and 9 and skipped 10 for school.

Her cousins were with her... and one of them danced! She got a "ticket" to the next round as well. Cute!

Emily's courageous contortions earn her mid-audition audience applause.
