VIDEO: Dexter Roberts sings 'Boondocks' on American Idol 2014

Dexter Roberts sang "Boondocks" by Little Big Town on American Idol XIII 2014 Season 13 Top 9.

Preparation

Dexter says that he's the type of person who has to do something all the time.

He's says now is a good change, though he's disappointed that he's gotten pale being away from the sun.

Performance Video

Dexter is back. Great song choice for him. This will energize his fans to vote. He's one of the most popular contestants this season.

My Rating: 3 / 5 stars

Judges Comments

Judge	Critique
Keith Urban: (Gives Harry a Gummy Bear) It's hard for you to tell us how you are in that song. I want to see another side of you.
Jennifer Lopez: You can do something else to give us a second listen.
Harry Connick Jr.: I was watching that footage of you fixing the tractor. It reminded me of how I hated fixing the John Deere. Unless you bring your own stamp to your songs it will sound generic. I just didn't head it tonight.
