VIDEO: 'Cinderella' Trailer Shows Off the Season's Hottest New Footwear

The first official teaser trailer for Kenneth Branagh's live-action interpretation of Cinderella has arrived, and the operative word here is teaser, since I'm not sure this trailer would thrill anyone except the most hardened of shoe enthusiasts.

But that doesn't mean Cinderella won't be a damn fine movie. Taking a page out of this summer's Maleficent, the movie has hired some big guns for the cast, including Helena Bonham Carter, Downton Abbey star Lily James, Game of Thrones alum Richard Madden, and Oscar winner Cate Blanchett, to name a few. Also like Maleficent, Disney is rolling out the red carpet for this thing, launching an all-out media campaign over the next several months to keep the film in the public consciousness for the next year, since the movie doesn't actually release until March 2015.
