V - Heretic's Fork - Vcap

Chad decides to take the first steps into healing himself of the aneurysm the V's claim he will develop. He goes up to the ship to the healing centers for his surgery and takes some cameras with him along the way. He wouldn't be Chad if he didn't milk this golden opportunity for viewers. He gives his viewers a first hand look at what its like to be healed by the V's. It looks pretty impressive and I can see how it would manipulate the humans. Chad's surgery is a success according to Ana and she takes this opportunity to bond with him. Ana has no emotions of course and her bonding is more of a manipulation tactic as she gives Chad a new mission. He willingly accepts to investigate the Fifth Column. He pays Father Jack a visit telling him he believes Ana is hiding things from him. I can't tell if he is to be trusted or not. He could just be the jerk reporter who lies to a priest.
Tyler continues to be a naive boob and expresses interest in joining the Church of V that is apparently under development. Sheesh. He continues to hate his mom and be a "rebel" and i'm surprised he doesn't jump for joy when Ana and Lisa inform him that he has been accepted into the Live Aboard program. Ana tells Lisa her plans for Tyler on the ship and Lisa looks worried. Lisa then visits Erica and spends some time getting to know how she feels about Tyler. Her new human emotions are getting in the way here. Lisa tries to convince a dumbfounded Tyler not to come live on the ship. Tyler takes it out on his mom, blames her and throws a tantrum. Lisa tells Ana she doesn't believe the time is right for Tyler to come live on the ship and Ana seems suspicious. Watch yourself Lisa. I wouldn't want to piss Ana off.
Hobbes is determined to prove that the guy they've captured is lying. He can't wait to pull a Sayid and torture the crap out of this guy but Father Jack is standing in his way. He still has some good left in him after last week and I guess my assumption that he would go full bad ass was wrong..so far. Erica goes to see the wife of the suspect and finds out that the V's healed his daughter of paralysis and he feels he owes it to the V's to stop anyone in their way. Erica finds the harddrive with the names of the Fifth Column members has been wiped and they use what little is left to go find Ryan.
Ryan finally tells Val the truth about who he is. He doesn't have much time to break it to her easy because they soon find themselves on the run. Ana finds out about the baby and sends some goons to find Ryan and Val. The goons are no match for Ryan and Ana makes the decision to send the first ever V soldier to Earth to try and capture Ryan and Val. He shows up where Ryan and Val are hiding and immediately kills Ryan's friends. This guy is a monster and even Ryan has trouble taking him down. This guy doesn't even blink when Hobbes nails him with an axe. They all run for it and the monster V soldier is still out there. Val doesn't forgive Ryan and tells him she doesn't want to see him again. She hops on a train with her doctor and leaves him behind. Probably for the best. Erica, Jack and Hobbes would probably be totally screwed without him.
