V - Hearts and Minds - Vcap

Since being in hiding from the Visitors has gotten increasingly more dangerous, the group is forced to take drastic action. Ryan learns from Joshua that a shuttle full of V trackers will be landing on Earth to find them. Hobbes, Ryan, and a hesitant Jack make their way to where the ship is going to land and blow it right out of the sky before it can. Jack is visibly distraught when he sees human skeletons on the ground and questions what they've done. They're all shocked that the ship is full of humans and no Visitors and wonder what went wrong. They made the sacrifice to become terrorists for nothing. Or did they?

Chad is still visiting Jack trying to weasel information out of him about the 5th column. I don't trust him. But rightfully so? Chad has been going back and forth telling Ana everything that Jack tells him. It was Jack's concern for Chad being on a V shuttle that caused Ana to delay the trackers arrival and switch the passengers with humans. The guilt gets to be too much for him and Jack leaves the group. :(

Lisa is still showing signs of human emotion and it's becoming more clear to those around her. Especially Ana who isn't happy her trusted and important daughter is failing. Tyler is still a lovesick boob and when he hears a V shuttle blew up he rushes to the ship to check on Lisa because..that's apparently all he cares about. He immediately agrees to live aboard the ships to be closer to Lisa which is what Ana wanted all along. Lisa senses that Tyler wouldn't be safe on the ship so she lies and tells him she doesn't and never did care about him and she doesn't want him on the ship. While Tyler is busy sobbing into his pillow, Ana beats and breaks Lisa's legs to try and force Tyler into returning to the ship. Was that her only reason? Or was she also snidely punishing Lisa for having feelings? Ouch.

While investigating the shuttle explosion, Erica finds proof of a skeleton on board leading her to believe there were never humans on it to begin with. Ana loaded it with human skeletons to gain the sympathy vote of the people. Before Erica can use the picture, it's deleted from someone within the FBI. We're lead to believe it was her boss when the FBI catch Jack and question him about being the cause of the explosion. Jack gains back some of his balls and the FBI are forced to let him go. He rejoins the group and they're one big happy terrorist family. We learn that Malik, Erica's coworker in the FBI has been a V all along and her new status within the FBI will prove very dangerous. I'm rather proud of myself for suspecting her since the pilot episode. Go me!

I thought this episode was really good. I'd be lying if I said I didn't enjoy the boxing scene with a sweaty Jack and a bad ass Erica flirting with each other. I ship it! What would a preist do if he started having feelings for someone? Would he ever consider leaving the church?
