Go Team Kelly!

From The Sun:

MEGASTAR Usher has been lined up to mentor new talent on the X Factor - as Kelly Rowland's sidekick at the judges' houses stage next month.

Destiny's Child beauty Kelly has called on her old pal - one of the biggest-selling artists in America - to help sort potential winners from the also-rans.

She's hoping the 32-year-old king of R&B will join in helping to put her acts through their paces in glitzy Miami.

"He loves the show as he's been on it a few times and gets on well with Simon Cowell and the top brass.

"Plus, he knows a thing or two about finding new talent as he was the man who discovered Justin Bieber.

"It's fair to say Bieber has done pretty well for himself since."
