USA vs. Slovenia end in 2-2 draw

Whew! That was close. Slovenia scored 2 goals in the first half, but the USA scored 2 goals in the second half to tie -- and win!

LOL - well, in the group rounds a tie still gives you points, so that's all you're really after right now.

If England wins later, then the best case scenario for the USA is to win against Algeria next week and either England or Slovenia win. If England and Slovenia tie, it gets complicated.

But a win against Algeria is a must.

Update: Since England and Algeria tied, USA must win and they're in to the next round and their destiny is in their own hands. If they lose or tie, it all depends on the result of the England and Slovenia game.
