USA Network Orders Comedy Series 'Benched' Starring Eliza Coupe

There may be a happy ending here after all. USA Network has ordered 12 episodes of Benched, a new comedy series for the network.

The half hour comedy will star Eliza Coupe as a dedicated, corporate attorney who has a public nervous breakdown. Joining Eliza will be Jay Harrington, who will costar as Phil, her new colleague who just so happens to be extremely handsome.

Eliza Coupe previously starred in multiple seasons of ABC's Happy Endings. Jay Harrington recently starred in Better Off Ted.
