Once Upon A Time - Recap - Season 3 Episode 10 - The New Neverland

Emma realizes that being The Savior comes at a price.

Read on for our recap of season 3 episode 10 of Once Upon A Time "The New Neverland".

This episode is going to waste a lot of time on flashbacks nobody asked for so the writers made sure to squeeze in a little of Ariel in the first minute. Ariel walks to the docks, Eric recognizes her, they kiss, and then a ship appears in the sky.

The gang has returned to Storybrooke. Henry is free from Neverland..only he's still in Pandora's box. Pan, posing as Henry, is about to unleash his rage on the little town. In happier news, the Darling children reunite and it's adorable. I just love the one in the glasses. Talk about Matt Kane being a perfect casting job.

We're treated to yet another pointless Snow and Charming flashback tonight. Instead of spending their honeymoon doing what people normally do, Snow wants to find the mythical Medusa to try and defeat the Evil Queen. I just don't understand. There are so many characters we can learn about. But, I suppose the writers need to integrate Ginnifer Goodwin's pregnancy somehow.

Back in Storybrooke, Rumple has sealed the real Henry inside Pandora's box which means Fake Henry AKA Pan is free to roam around town. Despite his best efforts, Emma can tell something is off with her son. She can't tell, however, that two guys are fighting over her. Hook tells Neal he's going to back off of Emma for the sake of her family and sets his goal on Tinkerbell instead.

Rumple has made David an elixir to cure him of any poison left behind. Others in the town aren't so lucky. Pan isn't doing a good job pretending to be Henry. He wants to stay with Regina in an effort to get into her vault. He unleashes the shadow on the town and the Blue Fairy is killed. Didn't see that coming!

Knowing something is wrong, Emma convinces Rumple to take Pandora's box to the town line to release "Pan". He is able to prove to Emma that he's really Henry and they set out to find Peter Pan. Man, Robbie Kay is a better Henry than the real Henry is. He's fantastic.

Once inside Regina's vault, Pan is able to steal the curse that sent everyone to Storybrooke. If cast again, everyone will forget who they are and Pan will successfully create "The New Neverland".

The Winter Finale is gonna be good. But I want Robbie Kay on this show forever. Can we keep him?
