Twilight - Renesmee Was Almost This Robot Monster - Video

If there is anything the world can come together on, it's that Edward and Bella's baby from the Twilight franchise was a horrifying CGI abomination. Now we know however that it could have been much, much worse.

According to a recent featurette from the Twilight Forever blu-ray box set (yup, that's a thing), baby Renesmee was to be played by an enormously heavy animatronic robot which will give you nightmares forever.

Hide your kids, hide your wife because this thing is scaring everybody.

In fact, the creature was so horrifying that the gave it the moniker Chuckesme, a cross between the worst character name besides Albus Severus and Chucky the serial-killer doll.

We have gazed into the abyss and it has gazed back.
