TV Ratings: 'The X Factor' down 29% on Wednesday - 11/28/2013

Ratings were down significantly on Wednesday, Thanksgiving Eve, with The X Factor down 29% from the previous week.

The X Factor had a 1.2 adult rating down from 1.7 last week. It had 4.86 million viewers. FOX should cancel. It would be a miracle if The X Factor gets renewed for another season.

Survivor had a 2.2 rating and 8.81 million viewers.

The Making of The Sound of Music Live had a 1.0 rating and 4.92 million viewers.

Criminal Minds had a 2.4 rating and 11.04 million viewers, the #1 and most watched show of the night.

A repeat of Modern Family had a 1.3 rating and 4.96 million viewers -- beating The X Factor in the demo and number of viewers.

Sigh. If this isn't the end of The X Factor, I don't know. The show has lost 50% of its total viewers and demo numbers compared to last year. That's a significant loss. It's like a CW show now with 10x the budget and ego.
