True Detective – Season 1 – Put 'Em Down Long Lead Trailer – Video

New trailer for True Detective Season 1 on HBO “Put 'Em Down Long Lead”. I can't even tell you how pumped I am for this show to debut! This is the first big drama of 2014, and it could end up being its biggest when it's all said and done.

The show stars Matthew McConaughey and Woody Harrelson as Louisiana State Police Detectives Rust Cohle and Martin Hart, who are brought in to assist in the investigation into a homicide they worked in 1995. As the case unfolds in present day, the two detectives narrate the previous investigation through a series of flashbacks. It's an interesting narrative technique that could pay dividends.
