'Transformers 4' Gets Official Title, New Poster
The Transformers may be facing extinction, if the title of the latest installment in Michael Bay's blockbuster franchise is meant to be taken literally.
Paramount has revealed that the title for the fourth film in the Transformers series is Transformers: Age of Extinction. The studio unveiled the new title along with this brand new, sand-covered poster:

Yahoo! Movies, to whom Paramount released the poster and title exclusively, speculates that the title and poster could be a hint that the Dinobots will be making their way to the franchise, making this latest sequel a potential hybrid between Transformers and Jurassic Park. Bay wrote on his website earlier this year that “the story makes a very natural transition, and reason as to why we have a whole new cast. This Transformers will feel very different then the last three. We are embarking on a new trilogy.” Studio hopes are more than likely to be high for the film, as each of the previous three Transformers films delivered huge numbers at the box office.
Transformers: Age of Extinction, starring Mark Wahlberg, Jack Reynor, Stanley Tucci, Kelsey Grammer, Nicola Peltz, Sophia Myles, Li Bingbing, and T.J. Miller, is currently filming in Chicago for release on June 27, 2014.
