While I would not say she has the best control in the world, her voice cannot be denied. It's powerful, she has a nice range, and her vocal style and power reaps of that of Jennifer Hudson's own. I know for sure, I would have taken over only any finalist of American Idol 9.

Toya Alexis was completely *robbed*. She placed only in the Top 6, in a season with a Top 10 format---meaning she only lasted 4 eliminations. However, she was later signed and her debut album, S.O.B Story went Canadian Platinum, which makes her one of the highest selling females to come from Canadian Idol. She also was had remote suggest song writing, writing songs for Gospel recording artist Yolanda Adams, and others.

Thoughts? :)
