Watch Tony Hawk Ride an Actual Hoverboard (Thanks Science!) - VIDEO

Back in March, Tony Hawk and Christopher Lloyd tricked the internet into thinking someone had made a real live hoverboard, enabling them to re-create Back to the Future II in real life.

Perhaps to make up for that, Hawk has teamed up Hendo Hover creator Arx Pax to ride an actual hoverboard -- which admittedly only hovers an inch above the ground -- BUT STILL.

You can watch Hawk ride the hoverboard in question above, which apparently took some getting used to.

Probably because it's the first hoverboard ever invented. For real this time. True story, you can even back it on Kickstarter.

Thanks science! Thanks magnets!
