Tommy Chong and Peta Murgatroyd danced Salsa on Dancing with the Stars 19 on Monday, September 22, 2014.

Music was "Higher" by Gloria Estefan.

The judges loved this fun dance from Tommy and Peta.

"You are the big kahoona," said judge Carrie Ann Inaba. "You are the first man to open the bare chest."

"I was overdosed on fun," said head judge Len Goodman.

"The only way I can describe that dance is with a bunch of F-words," said judge Julianne Hough. "Fabulous."

"We can party like it's 1969," said judge Bruno Tonioli. "You are proving that age is a state of mind."

The judges gave them a total score of 28.

After the dance, Tommy Chong said: "I felt cold (with his shirt wide open)."
