Tom Hiddleston Accepts ELLE Magazine Man of the Year Award - Video

The fine folks at ELLE Magazine are tapping into the popularity of one of the most successful screen villains, and all-around swell guys, working in Hollywood today. Citing his performance as Loki in Thor: The Dark World, as well as his entertaining, illuminating interview with co-star Natalie Portman for the magazine’s November issue, ELLE Magazine has named Tom Hiddleston its Man of the Year.

And it's a hell of a choice. From his appearance in the Super Bowl commercial celebrating British villains, to his guest spot teaching Cookie Monster delayed gratification on Sesame Street, damn near everything Hiddleston does seems intended to further endear the man to audiences worldwide. Take his acceptance speech, for example. Hiddleston couldn't appear in person at the 2014 ELLE Style Awards to accept his award, so he recorded this charming video:

Seriously, this guy is my favorite, you guys.
