Toby Keith Announces 'Drinks After Work' Album Release

Toby Keith has announced he will release his next studio album, Drinks After Work, on October 29.

Toby is again producing it, and has co-written 9 of the 10 standard tracks, also working with longtime collaborators Scotty Emerick, Bobby Pinson and Rivers Rutherford. The record serves as a tribute to Toby's bandleader Chuck Goff, who died unexpectedly earlier this year. One of the songs, 'Chuckie's Gone' is in memory of him, and he's also mentioned in the liner notes.

There will be 10 tracks on the standard album, but 13 on the deluxe, and this ZinePak version of Drinks After Work with an exclusive 64--page fan magazine and two custom drink coasters, will be available exclusively at Walmart.

The title track was released as the lead single earlier this year, but although it's stayed steady on the radio charts, it's failed to get too high up.
