Tim McGraw Releasing New Single 'Lookin' For That Girl'
The song will be delivered to radio stations on Monday, January 13, and according to Country 92.5's Broadway it's a "Fun, up-tempo song about a dude lookin' for a party chick." Disappointing on a music fan level, but it'll ensure him every success on the charts.
Broadway also quotes some of the lyrics (although I don't honestly know if he was joking or not, so watch this space) "That girl she's a funky cold medina, she's a strawberry winer, she's a jagerbomber, I'm lookin' for that girl", and he also explains that there is use of autotune in the bridge and at the end of the song.
Luckily, fans won't have to wait too much longer to hear new music from Tim, who had a huge return to success last year with his first album on Big Machine, Two Lanes of Freedom.
UPDATE: We can now confirm that the song was written by James Slater, Chris Tompkins and Mark Irwin, and both lyrically and musically identifies as "bro-country".
