The You Generation - TV 'Online' Presenter Auditions Open Now
The You Generation's first challenge is to find a new TV "online" presenter! If you have what it takes, send your audition now on YouTube. The deadline is March 30, 2013.

Syco Entertainment & YouTube Partner To Launch The World’s First Global Audition Channel – The You Generation
The You Generation is the first global online audition process, giving people the chance to show off their extraordinary skills and win a prize – simply by uploading a video.
For the next 12 months, our mission is to discover the world’s next big YouTube stars and showcase their amazing and unique talents on The You Generation channel.
Launching in 26 countries, the competition runs across 52 weeks with 26 fortnightly contests. Fans can subscribe to the YouTube page and upload their auditions for the specific category. From make-up artists to style gurus, chefs to vocalists, EVERY submission will be judged by Syco executives and experts in the relevant field. Finalists will be chosen every two weeks with the winner being announced on the 2nd Friday of every contest. Every call-out winner will receive a cash prize and, most importantly, the chance to have their talent recognised on a truly global scale. Each winner then becomes a finalist for the chance to win an amazing grand prize.
The You Generation will go live on Wednesday 20th March at 19.00hrs (GMT) with a live stream interview with international pop sensations and Syco artists, One Direction, backstage just minutes before they take to the stage for a sell-out concert. During this interview, the boys will announce the first call-out for The You Generation.
The channel will be hosted by one of the UK's hottest emerging presenting talents, Will Best. He will lead the calls-to-action and introduce the behind scenes videos from inside the House of Syco, one of the world’s leading entertainment and talent production companies. Best will also introduce us to the stars of YouTube, reveal the best and funniest auditions and give the lowdown on all the latest news on The You Generation. Will Best and Simon Cowell are set to announce the bi-weekly contest categories via The You Generation’s technology partner, Skype.
