One Direction singer Niall Horan is allegedly dating The X Factor finalist, Amelia Lily.

Following reports that 1D member Zayn Malik is romancing Little Mix star Perrie Edwards and Harry Styles is seeing Caroline Flack, Horan is said to have hooked-up with Amelia after performing charity single Wishing On A Star on the ITV show.

A source told The Mirror: "Niall and Amelia met backstage after One Direction performed on the show."

"Although Harry spent most time with her, it was Niall whose eye she caught. Niall can be pretty shy but he made his feelings clear."

They added: "After swapping numbers, they were texting all week and met up on a secret date in London where they kissed for the first time."
