The X Factor wants you to "Get Ready for Britney" in this season 2 video promo.

In the latest The X Factor promo video, we get a sneak peak at Britney's new role as a judge.  We'll get to see her in action for real when season two kicks off on September 12th.

Can Britney out diva Xtina on rival show The Voice this fall?  My money is still on the incumbent, but Britney should make it an interesting race.
