The Voice - Video Recap - 09/12/2012

It's Day 3 of The Voice Season 3 premiere and the teams continue to build.

A lot of interaction from the coaches today which made for a very entertaining hour. I have a few favorites from this group!

Watch the video here:

Team Christina Aguilera

Nelly’s Echo sang "Ain't No Sunshine." Yes, that's his name! He's from Nigeria and he's a BBGWG, so we'll add him as one of the front-runners. His real name is Nelson.

Lisa Scinta sang "Teenage Dream." Unfortunately, we did not see her full audition as she was used for the montage where Cee Lo Green just couldn't catch a break -- no one chose him!

MarissaAnn sang "Part of Me." Like Lisa, used for a montage.

Team Adam Levine

Samuel Mouton sang "Redemption Song." Totally unexpected for a white guy to sing reggae in reggae style. Gimmicky, but we'll see if he'll stick to this style throughout the show.

Loren Allred sang "When Love Takes Over." Like Lisa and MarissaAnn, used as filler. (But their songs are still available on iTunes in full).

Nicole Nelson sang "Hallelujah." This was brilliant. I love it. And she's into organic and wholistic stuff which is a plus for awareness. Yay! Very very soulful.

Team Blake Shelton

2steel Girls sang "Before He Cheats." A mother daughter duo! A bit predictable that they chose Blake -- and his team is now stacking up with country singers just like every season.

Team Cee Lo Green

Domo sang and danced to "Don't Cha." OMG! This girl is a nicer Erin Martin! I love her attitude. She's probably going to go far on entertainment value alone. She says she's a big star in China! :)

The Blind Auditions continue next week Monday and Tuesday.

I love The Voice!
