The Voice 2016 Live Playoffs Results: Top 20 Becomes Top 12 (VIDEO)
The Voice 2016 went LIVE tonight for the Live Playoffs. Naturally, it was a pretty exciting night, considering the elephant in the room: for the first time in Voice history, the Top 20 performed for the first time...and became the Top 12 on the same night! It was a combination performance/results show!
This led to some shockers, as I imagine the realtime voting would cause some irregularities. But, for the most part, I think the Top 12 ended up the way most of us probably expected it to. I don't know if it's election jitters, but even waiting for the results tonight had me reaching for the Immodium. This looks like it's going to be a crazy season for The Voice!
