Musical Performance - Jessie J + Team Xtina - "Domino"
I love this song! Jessie J sometimes doesn't get the credit she deserves with having a great voice. She starts the performance center stage. She's dressed in pharaoh-inspired garb. Maybe her and Erin can collaborate on a song. Heh. Midway through, Team Xtina joins her onstage. These contestants have spunk and fill the stage. Great way to open the show!

SING FOR YOUR LIFE PERFORMANCES - TEAM ADAM
Kim Yarbrough - "Spotlight"
Oh, a good song. Diva it up, girl! Her delivery is screechy at certain points, but she is doing her best with the song. I wouldn't have chosen this song for a save me performance. Based on that, I wouldn't save her.
Karla Davis - "I Can't Make You Love Me"
Love this song! The arrangement is tender -- which gives her a chance to showcase her great tone. Her vocals are sweet and caress the song just right, without overdoing it. If Katrina wasn't in the bottom, Karla would be saved...no doubt.
Katrina Parker - "Don't Speak"
Oh. Interesting song choice. Her voice is perfect for this! This song is so poignant right now. "I can't believe this could be the end," she sings. She's pouring her heart into this. Vocally, it's raw and packs a punch. Midway through and towards the end, she really gets into. SAVE HER!
OMG RESULTS
Adam saves...KATRINA!!! OMG OMG OMG OMG!!! YAY!!!
ELIMINATED: Karla Davis and Kim Yarbrough
SING FOR YOUR LIFE PERFORMANCES - TEAM CEE LO
Tony Vincent - "Sweet Dreams"
Oh geez. This song?! He's starting pretty low, and it works. He has total creeper face on right now. He's really embodying the atmosphere and lyrics of this song. The arrangement is straight out of the rocker handbook. Now, this is MUCH better than his lackluster performance he gave last night. Hmm. I might consider saving him...
Cheesa - "All By Myself"
Heh. This. OK. She's dressed in a cute gold-ish dress. Surprisingly, her lower register is pretty solid. As the song builds, she powers through the high notes...as if there was any doubt. She nails the climactic notes, even if they are a tad "screechy." She should be saved.
Erin Martin - "Your Song"
Oh man. This is one of my favorite songs of all time. It's about to be slaughtered. Well...maybe. Her voice is so "affected" and "unique" that this works? Even so, she's pitchy all over the place. Did she actually stay with the melody? Oh boy. That was not good. That worked on paper, but translating to a live performance just didn't work.
OMG RESULTS
Cee Lo saves...CHEESA!!!
