The Simpsons are going to Quahog! Or, rather, The Griffins are going to Springfield.

Entertainment Weekly reports that The Simpsons will be featured in a crossover episode of Family Guy titled “The Simpsons Guy”.

Simpsons castmembers Dan Castellaneta, Julie Kavner, Nancy Cartwright, Yeardley Smith and Hank Azaria will contribute their unique voice talents to the episode, in which "Peter and the rest of the Griffins embark on a road trip and wind up in Springfield. There, they cross paths with Homer, who graciously greets his new 'albino' visitors, and the two families become fast friends. Stewie is impressed with Bart and his assortment of pranks, Lisa befriends Meg and tries to figure out exactly what it is that she’s good at, and Marge and Lois put aside their housework in favor of some bonding. Meanwhile, Peter and Homer argue over which beer is better: Pawtucket or Duff."

Though the two shows, which both air Sundays on FOX, have taken potshots at one another in the past, the rivalry has mostly cooled with a jocular, friendly back-and-forth. Castellaneta had a one-line cameo in an episode of Family Guy that aired in October last year, while Family Guy creator Seth MacFarlane appeared in a guest role on the season 24 finale of The Simpsons back in May.
