The Lying Game - Unholy Matrimony - Season Finale Recap

What secrets come to light on the season finale of The Lying Game? Well for starters, Kristin realizes her husband isn't a saint. The truth about Ted and Rebecca having an affair years ago comes out and Ted is out on the street faster than you can say lie.

Ted is now one of the people turning against Alec. He blames him entirely for his life falling apart. I mean, did he force him to have the affair?

Add Thayer to the list of people who think the upcoming wedding between Alec and Rebecca is too fast and suspicious. Ethan wants to make it up to Emma so he breaks into Rebecca's house with Sutton to find some proof that Alec's alibi is a lie. When they uncover the picture of Derek at the scene of the crime, it's time to take action.

Although it breaks his heart to turn in his father, Thayer grants the police permission to search their home for the murder weapon. They find it in Alec's golf bag. Why the hell would he KEEP that thing? Was it planted? Is he just an idiot? The cops burst in on the wedding and arrest Alec for murder. Sutton is watching the scene unfold from a window somewhere like a creeper. She turns around to say hello to her mother. Her mother, REBECCA, tells her their plan is working perfectly. What the hell?
