The Devil Wears Prada

Watched The Devil Wears Prada with Jimi, Will, Mike, Jason and Jason last night. I had a lot of fun. Meryl Streep gave an inspired performance -- and supposedly based partly on Vogue's Anna Wintour, who some people know simply as Satan.

This is a fun and light movie all the gays can relate to. Yup, definitely a gay-chick-flick. Thankfully the predictable sentimental parts were kept to a minimum. The fashionistas may complain that the fashion world is portrayed as shallow and materialistic -- but then everybody knows that.

Meryl Streep steals the show creating one of the most memorable (and funny) characters ever. Highly recommended light Summer viewing.
