The Amazing Spider-Man - NYC Promotion - Pictures

In the city this week, Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone were here to promote their new film, The Amazing Spider-Man. I was able to meet both of them (Andrew thrice!) while they were here.

First, I met Emma Stone on Tuesday at the Today Show. She was very nice, and took off her shades to pose for photos with several fans who were outside. I love Emma! She really seems to adore her fanbase.

The first time I met Andrew Garfield was later that day at David Letterman, where he wasn’t doing any photos but was signing for people. I didn’t have anything with me for him to sign, but I got to hear his British accent in person and be like an inch away from him, so that was good enough for me.

On Wednesday, Andrew was on Live with Kelly, and he stopped on the way going in. He was so nice! He stopped for everyone and did both pictures and autographs.

The best encounter with Andrew was outside his appearance on Jon Stewart. There was mostly autograph hunters there with giant boards, but all the real fans were in the front. He came to all the fans individually for photos and barely signed anything for the crazy people ramming me from behind. The best part was that I got to hear his accent so many times (thanks, autograph hounds).
