Teresa and Joe Giudice Plead Guilty to Fraud Charges

Real Housewife of New Jersey Teresa Giudice and her husband Joe have pleaded guilty to multiple fraud charges in Newark Federal Court today (March 4). Sounds about right.
The couple originally pleaded not guilty after being indicted in the summer of last year.
They will face sentencing on July 8 with Joe looking at 37 to 46 months in the clink and Teresa 21 to 27 months. You know, assuming they're not behaved.
If you aren't up on your New Jersey fraud cases (because how could you be, there are so many?), the Giudices were charged with "conspiring to defraud lenders and illegally obtain mortgages and other loans."
The indictment in total listed 39 counts, including, "mail and wire fraud, bank fraud, [that they] made false statements on loan applications and bankruptcy fraud."
Not to mention failing to file tax returns between 2004 and 2008, during which time Joe made almost $1 million.
When all was said and done they were accused of obtaining $5 million in bank loans by fraudulent means.
Joe, who was born in Italy may face deportation. Worst case scenario.
