Taylor Swift Tops Billboard's Biggest Music Money Makers List

Billboard recently released their annual Money Makers list, and Taylor Swift topped it for 2013, earning a staggering $39,599,575.60 over the past 12 months.

This was calculated from ticket sales ($30 million in the first 6 months of the RED tour) and album sales reaching almost 10 million downloads. She also picked up high-profile sponsorships with Keds, Elizabeth Arden and Diet Coke. 2 years ago Taylor came out on top too, with earnings of $35 million.

Kenny Chesney came in second on this year's list, netting just under $33 million after his No Shoes Nation tour and Life On A Rock album. Just below Kenny was Justin Timberlake and Bon Jovi, all reaching around the $30 million mark, while the Rolling Stones were behind them at $26 million. The rest of the top 10 consisted of Beyonce, Maroon 5, Luke Bryan, P!nk and Fleetwood Mac, who even in 10th position still managed to earn nearly $20 million in 2013.
