Taylor Swift To Star In Spy Movie, 'The Secret Service'

Taylor Swift has been cast to star in a spy thriller movie, called The Secret Service.

She'll appear alongside Michael Caine, Colin Firth and Samuel L. Jackson, so no small feat, with Matthew Vaughn directing this big-budget project.

Apparently people also been offered roles are Adele and David Beckham! Seems like a crazy weird line-up. According to a film source Taylor did great in her screen tests, and now will be undergoing a lot of heavy-duty martial arts training.

The film will begin shooting in October, and is expected in theaters in November 2014.

I've never seen Taylor act, and I've not heard overwhelmingly great things about her abilities, but I'll be curious to see how she does in The Secret Service, as it seems like a much more demanding role than she's previously undertaken. What do you think?
