Taylor Swift Gets Restraining Order Against Man Convinced They're Married

The world may joke about Taylor Swift's preference for writing songs about her exes, but we doubt she'll be penning one about the crazy man who is stalking her.

The man in question, Timothy Sweet, is pretty insane and is under the impression that he and Swift are married. Also, he'll kill anyone who comes in between their definitely real love.

Swift's legal documents go on to say that Sweet has been harassing her since January of 2011, sending letters, emails and messages through social media.

Messages include:

• "If anyone in Taylor Swift's family gets killed, it is not my fault."
• "My wife, Taylor Swift (Sweet) and I live in Beverly Hills.  I am in love with her.  In conclusion, we treat each other with dignity and respect.  I will carry a gun to protect her the rest of my life."
• "Dearest Taylor, I'll kill any man who gets in the way of our marriage.  Message to John Kerry, Secretary of State.  Message from YOUR Presidential Candidate."

In response to the storm of crazy, Sweet has been ordered to stay 100 feet away from T-Swizzle and three members of her family. And hopefully John Kerry too.
